This two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the second floor and has an oversized private balcony with spectacular views.

The living, dining and kitchen area is open, creating a spacious, flowing effect. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa TV, and sliding doors to the private balcony. In the dining area there's a table with four chairs, three more chairs are at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, dishes, pots & pans, all utensils and a full size washer & dryer.

The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, private bath and sliding doors to the spacious balcony which provides an awesome Gulf view and allows you to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf! The second bedroom has two twin beds. There's a beautiful view of Cotton Bayou and Perdido Bay from the window, and a second full bath with access from the bedroom or hallway.
